SEStran is the statutory Regional Transport Partnership for the South East of Scotland, bringing together eight local authorities to plan and deliver regional transport.
Strathclyde Partnership for Transport (SPT) is the largest of Scotland’s seven regional transport partnerships. It aims to bring together local authorities and other regional stakeholders to strengthen the planning and delivery of regional transport across the west of Scotland.
