North-East of Scotland Transport Partnership (NESTRANS)

Nestrans is the Regional Transport Partnership for Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

Nestrans is the statutory Regional Transport Partnership. Its Board comprises four City Council members, four Aberdeenshire Council members, and four non-Councillor members; its primary function is to develop a Regional Transport Strategy to set the context for transport improvements across Aberdeen and the surrounding region.
