West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership is an Integrated Care System that works with NHS organisations, councils, Healthwatch, hospices, charities and the community voluntary and social enterprise sector. Since the Partnership began in 2016, it has worked to support people and improve the health and wellbeing of the 2.4 million people living in Bradford District and Craven, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield.
