A national body responsible for the registration and regulation of tax practitioners.

The Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) is a national body responsible for the registration and regulation of tax agents and BAS agents (tax practitioners). It also administers the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, including the Code of Professional Conduct, by registering practitioners, providing policy and guidance, investigating conduct, and imposing administrative sanctions.
