Effective January 2, 2026, the RiseUp Fund migrated its clients to Affordable Housing Centers of PA; in its 5 years of serving clients in the Philadelphia region, it impacted more than 1,200 lives.

Supports homeownership for underserved families in Philadelphia via homebuyer education, counseling, grants, and individual development accounts; RiseUp reports over $2.5M awarded and 1,231 grant applications received during its operations.
