Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) is India’s largest passenger car maker, engaged in manufacturing and sale of passenger vehicles. The company was incorporated as a joint venture between the Government of India and Suzuki Motor Corporation in February 1981, and it also undertakes activities such as pre-owned car sales and car financing.
