Margaret’s Saving Grace Bully Rescue (MSGBR) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer dog rescue organization serving the VA/WV area, dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and placing them in loving, responsible permanent homes through its adoption and foster process.
